Coaching Services
Refund Policy:
1. Initial Consultation:
The initial consultation fee is non-refundable, as it is a one-time service aimed at understanding client needs and providing preliminary guidance.
2. Coaching Packages:
- If a client decides to cancel their coaching package:
Within 7 days of scheduling: A full refund will be provided, minus the cost of any sessions already conducted.
After 7 days but before the halfway point of the package duration: A 50% refund will be provided, minus the cost of any sessions already conducted.
After the halfway point of the package duration: No refunds will be provided.
3. Single Sessions:
Single-session fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
For cancellations or rescheduling:
- 24 hours' notice or more: The session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: The session fee is forfeited.
Graphic Design Services
Refund Policy:
1. Initial Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. This covers initial consultation, research, and preliminary designs.
2. Design Process:
Before final approval: If a client decides to cancel the project after the initial deposit but before final approval, they will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit, minus any additional costs incurred (e.g., third-party services, additional revisions).
After Final Approval: Once the final design is approved and delivered, no refunds will be provided.
Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges and are non-refundable once provided.
Resume Writing
Refund Policy:
1. Initial Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total resume writing fee is required before work begins.
2. Draft Phase:
Within 7 days of receiving the first draft: If the client is not satisfied with the first draft and decides to cancel the service, a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be provided.
3. Revisions:
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the service. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will incur extra charges and are non-refundable.
4. Final Delivery:
Once the final resume is approved and delivered, no refunds will be provided.
General Terms for All Services:
Client Satisfaction: We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. If there are any issues or dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to communicate their concerns, and we will work to address and resolve them promptly.
Force Majeure: Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues).
Payment Disputes: In case of payment disputes, we will work with the client to reach a fair resolution. However, refunds will be processed according to the policies outlined above.
Final Deposit Clause:
Completion and Final Payment:
Notification of Completion: Upon completion of the service package or project, the client will be notified via email or other agreed-upon communication method. This notification will include a detailed summary of the services rendered and any deliverables provided.
Final Payment: The final payment, consisting of the remaining balance of the total fee, is due upon completion and delivery of the service package or project. The client agrees to remit this payment within 7 days of receiving the completion notification.
Release of Deliverables: All final deliverables (e.g., documents, designs, coaching summaries) will be released to the client once the final payment has been received. If the final payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the service provider reserves the right to withhold the deliverables until payment is completed.
Non-Payment Consequences: In the event of non-payment, the service provider reserves the right to pursue legal action or employ collection agencies to recover the owed amount. The client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the collection process.
No Refunds Post-Completion: Once the final deposit has been made and the service package or project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided. The client acknowledges and agrees that the services have been rendered in full satisfaction of the agreed terms.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the final payment or completion of services should be addressed promptly. Both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve any issues before pursuing formal dispute resolution mechanisms.
These refund policies are designed to be fair to both clients and service providers, ensuring that both parties are protected and that services are provided transparently and professionally.
